The Management and International Business (M&IB) Department has undertaken a large variety of Assurance of Learning tasks involving all of our faculty throughout the last three years. We have devoted an extensive amount of faculty time to the process and we are just now beginning to see the integration of all these efforts. We have spearheaded several of the CBA initiatives in the Assurance process and are at a point when, for the first time, we may be seeing some light at the end of the tunnel (but it is still a long tunnel). We are now in a position in which we can begin to institutionalize some of these processes and functions so that we can determine the extent to which our students are actually learning what we expect them to learn.
